Eifers completed time critical works on behalf of Vic Roads for Keilor Park Drive. The scope of works for this project included site Management, saw cutting, demolition and dowel drilling.

CPB Contractors engaged Eifers to supply cellular concrete (at 2mpa with no more than 3% shrinkage) for a redundant water pipeline system that was 1200mm in diameter and 375m long from Keer St to Alexandria Pre in North Fitzroy.

On behalf of Exxon Mobil, Eifers completed the construction of storage cells for the safe removal and disposal of PFAS contaminated soil.

Due to taxiway flooding issues, Eifers was contracted to establish a new runway for Lilydale Airport by Waterpave (a local supplier of pervious concrete) to supply and pour 2250m2 concrete within a two-week time frame.

Eifers have been fortunate enough to be a part of the Mernda Rail Extension Project, undertaking works to widen Bridge Inn road.

Eifers was commissioned by the governing council at Westmeadows Primary School for the construction of a new multi-purpose sports field and associated infrastructure.

Eifers assisted in the installation of 5 airside antennas and a containment cell (including several concrete placements) at Melbourne Airport’s SmartPath (GBAS).

Eifers was contracted to remove an unused fuel cell pipeline riser at Delta D9, Melbourne Airport in 2016. The work required saw cutting, slurry removal, lifting and disposal of the existing concrete pavement slabs, all within the operational airfield.

Comdain Gas whom is the principal contractor to APA Group engaged Eifers to complete major civil works in the upgrade to the Dandenong City Gate (DCG) Gas Plant. The plant is the main supply of gas for Victoria and due for a major upgrade.

Eifers was engaged for the mobile batching of 40T of ballast to be loaded into HMAS Canberra, and it’s sister ship, HMAS Adelaide.

Eifers was contracted by Melbourne Airport to aid in relocating the Forward Command Post (FCP) to the northern end of the airfield.

Due to constant traffic and weather damage, we were contracted to repair the WSO carpark at Melbourne Airport, amending the crushed rock pavement and increasing the number of parking spaces twofold.

Sydney Road Coburg is one of Melbourne’s busiest arterial roads leading into the city. To minimise traffic congestion and provide repairs to the damaged paving, we began with the saw cutting and demolition of existing impaired pavement and subgrade.

Eifers was tasked with redeveloping the existing carpark area at the front reception of the Northern School of Autism, introducing a new drive-through and drop off area including a pedestrian crossing.
