PROJECT OVERVIEW:
1. Concrete Pavement Repair and Replacement (Total Area: 1,903 sqm)
Undertake the full repair and reconstruction of approximately 1,903 square metres of deteriorated concrete pavement within the existing warehouse hardstand area.
Full-depth demolition and removal of the existing failed concrete pavement (approximately 350mm thick) and associated debris, including off-site disposal.
Excavate and remediate the existing subgrade to prepare for new pavement construction. This includes lime and cement stabilisation to a minimum compacted depth of 350mm. Excavation and removal of underlying basalt rock (where encountered) is also included.
Construction of a new pavement structure comprising:
A 150mm thick CTCR base layer, compacted to specification.
A 200mm thick steel-reinforced concrete pavement slab.
2. Drainage Rectification Works – Front Entrance of Warehouse
Rectify and upgrade the existing damaged and clogged drainage system located at the warehouse entrance.
Removal and replacement of approximately 15 linear metres of heavy-duty grated trench drain (Class D load rating), including full reconstruction of the concrete surround and reinstatement of the adjacent pavement surface.
