Transurban Slab Replacement at Burnley Tunnel

Eifers recently completed a time-critical slab replacement within the city's Burnley Tunnel on behalf of Transurban. Being closed only briefly to oncoming traffic, Eifers had to complete demolition, clean-up, joint preparation and reinforcement with minimal time, before pouring using a rapid set concrete to ensure the slab would be able to withstand heavy vehicle loading in a matter of hours.
